This website is dedicated to Women on Wall Street® (WOWS™), an annual conference sponsored by Deutsche Bank's Women on Wall Street® Network. Women on Wall Street® Network stands at the forefront of efforts to further career and business opportunities for women in the financial industry. The network has sponsored the Women on Wall Street conference since the conference's establishment in 1995.
The WOWS™ Conference attracts professionals from numerous Wall Street firms and related industries for an evening of networking, career development and fun. WOWS™ promotes a community of interest in women's leadership and business opportunities.
The WOWS Conference is free-of-charge to all guests. The event is fully-funded by Deutsche Bank and the conference sponsors.
